Oliver, also known as Kabillo, is a gifted and passionate music producer hailing from northern Germany. Music has been a constant source of joy, sadness, and inspiration throughout his life, connecting him deeply to his emotions and memories. Growing up immersed in the sounds of the 70s to 90s, which resonated through his home on a daily basis, Oliver’s fascination with music blossomed early on and continues to thrive.
Driven by a desire to create immersive worlds where thoughts, memories, and emotions can find a permanent place to reside, Oliver seeks to forge connections with like-minded individuals who share his profound appreciation for music. Drawing inspiration from a diverse range of artists, including Bishu, Don Diablo, Gaullin, San Holo, Throttle, Elvis Presley, and Utada Hikaru, he seamlessly blends different genres to craft his own unique sonic landscapes. Whether it’s merging Future House with Future Bass, infusing Deep House with Garage vibes, or incorporating trap-infused drums into an emotive 128 bpm ballad for mental health, Oliver’s creative process knows no boundaries.
In 2021, Oliver embarked on a journey of self-teaching, honing his skills in music production. This led him to collaborate with his friend, singer-songwriter, and rapper Marci the Kid in 2022. Together, they created a vibrant slap house remix of Marci the Kid’s dreamy and moody trap song “Eyes,” as well as an uplifting dance anthem titled “Verlieren.” Encouraged by the positive response to his initial releases, Kabillo dedicated himself to further refining his craft, striving to match the standards set by his muses.
Continuing his artistic evolution, Oliver released “I Feel Safe” in the chilly spring of 2023, a fusion of future house and future bass, featuring his own captivating vocals.
